I am a customer of Ortofonix for past 6 years and i only choose and recommend them. Their product is great and customer service is also excellent. I had a minor issue with my Encore hearing aid and customer service rep immediately sent me another device without giving me any hard time. highly recommend

These hearing aids are so user friendly even for my age. And this bluetooth technology is definitely a plus it helps me adjust the volume conveniently from my phone.

Look no further, Helix is the best hearing aid i have ever owned. I can hear so much better without having to make anyone repeat themselves and above all i can hear and understand all the little talks and giggles of my granchildren. Thank you Otofonix.

Hi all, I’m Ethan. I had amazing success with otofonix apex devices. I have been wearing hearing aids since I was 10, about 23 years. I had to move from prescription hearing aids to otc devices because insurance is not covering hearing aids. I was very happy with otofonix but unfortunately I had a medical issue and took a spill into a puddle and they were rendered useless due to water damage. I’m saving up for a new pair because I feel they are a great affordable option. I think these are the best otc aids on the market!
